broken remote scaffold view
The front door lock seemed like a puzzle. I almost needed a decoder ring. The TV remote looked like it came from another era, complete with questionable stains. The scaffolding outside my window blocked any semblance of a view. What a bummer!!!

superb location lovely sea view convenient transport
The location was superb, right across from the lido. my room had a lovely sea view. I could watch the waves from my window. the bus stop nearby made exploring the island easy, connecting me to shops and restaurants.
the decor seemed a bit dated.

my room included a refrigerator and a kettle for making tea. the wi-fi service worked without any issues, which allowed me to plan my itinerary and remain connected. i found the area very safe, a comfort after dark.

The check-in process was very friendly. the owner was helpful. He offered local tips and answered my questions. i received an upgrade to the family room for two nights because it was available, a thoughtful gesture.

room facilities kind staff old decor unwelcoming owner
i liked the view from my room. the staff seemed very kind. the room facilities were also lovely.
The decor felt a little old. the owner was not as cute as i had hoped. It was a bit of a letdown!
